How to find us
Our guesthouse is located in Dallgow in the Havelland region, within the A10 ring motorway surrounding Berlin. We are situated very close to the western city limits of Berlin, and in a prime location within Dallgow itself.
The local railway station is just a five- to eight-minute walk away from the guesthouse. Shopping facilities are only 50 to 100 metres away. The Havelpark shopping centre situated nearby (approx. 1.5 kilometres from the guesthouse) provides literally everything to meet everyday needs. In addition, our guesthouse is very easy to find – you really can’t miss it while driving through Dallgow. For many years, our guesthouse has been situated immediately opposite the former Dallgow Volkshaus restaurant, offering prime-location rooms to guests from all over the world.
Berlin is just five kilometres away and can be reached very easily via the B5 federal road. Our house is situated only about 600 metres away from this road. Directly adjacent to our guesthouse, the Döberitzer Heide nature reserve is located, which is being managed and used by the Sielmann Foundation. If you have a keen interest in nature, you’ve come to the right place. Those fond of history will be attracted by the former Olympic village situated nearby. Due to this very attractive setting, Pension Dallgow is the perfect place to stay and start your trips.
Travelling to Berlin/Potsdam city centre
Bus lines:
The nearest bus stop, “Dallgow/Bahnhof”, is situated about 250 metres away, directly in front of the railway station with car park. Lines 604, 653, 655 and 663 (operated by Havelbus) get you to Potsdam or Berlin via Falkensee or Dallgow Havelpark, where you can change buses. Total travel time approx. 60 minutes.
Rail services:
Dallgow station is just 250 metres away from Pension Dallgow. You can use the RE 2 (RegionalExpress; regional express train) or RB 13 (RegionalBahn; regional train) to Berlin Ostbahnhof station via Berlin Spandau, Zoo station, Hauptbahnhof, Friedrichstrasse, Alexanderplatz. Trains always depart 4, 18 and 40 minutes past the hour. It takes you just about 35 minutes to get into the heart of Berlin! To use the RE 2 and RB 21 line to Potsdam, change for the RB 21 in Wustermark (includes a stop for about 20 minutes at Wustermark station). You will then reach Potsdam Hauptbahnhof (main station) via Potsdam Sanssouci. Total travel time approx. 55 minutes. Enjoy the unique cultural setting of Potsdam! How to get to Pension Dallgow
By car:
Leave the A10 motorway at the Berlin Spandau exit. Take the B5 federal road to Berlin. You drive past Elstal and the former barracks of the Russian armed forces. After about five kilometres, take the Falkensee/Finkenkrug/Dallgow exit, then use the left lane. Note our “Pension Dallgow + Zimmervermittlung” sign posted on the left-hand side of the exit. Turn left, pass underneath the B5 and continue straight on. After about 500 metres, you will reach the guesthouse, which is situated on the left-hand side of Wilmsstrasse (No. 48). Welcome to our guesthouse!
By train from Berlin:
The guesthouse is just a 10-minute walk away from Dallgow station. Please walk past the pharmacy on Bahnhofsstrasse, towards the roundabout/Lidl supermarket. At the roundabout, keep to the right on Wilmsstrasse and continue towards the B5 federal road. After about 200 metres, you will already see Pension Dallgow on the right-hand side of Wilmsstrasse. By plane:
There are excellent transport links to our guesthouse, irrespective of whether you arrive at Berlin Tegel or Berlin Schönefeld airport. From Tegel airport, we recommend to take a taxi to Berlin Spandau station. From there, you can take either a bus or a train to Dallgow. From Berlin Schönefeld airport, there is a direct train service to Berlin Spandau (airport express train). Trains operate at regular intervals. In any case, please leave the train at Berlin Spandau station and change for the next connecting train to Wustermark. Get off at the station in Dallgow. Up to our Guest House it´s only about 8 minutes by feeds.
